FIT Pioneer Resources is seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team in Bali, Indonesia, where you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering world-class BIM modeling, coordination, and documentation for complex infrastructure and architectural projects.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including architects, engineers, and contractors—to ensure seamless 3D modeling, clash detection, and BIM execution planning. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing project efficiency, reducing costs, and improving collaboration across all stakeholders. Whether you’re optimizing workflows in Revit, Navisworks, or ArchiCAD, or ensuring compliance with international BIM standards (ISO 19650, AIA, or local regulations), your work will shape the future of construction in Southeast Asia’s most exciting markets.
Based in the vibrant Badung region—close to Canggu, Ubud, and Denpasar—you’ll enjoy a competitive salary (IDR 40M–48M/month), a collaborative work environment, and the opportunity to work on landmark projects that redefine urban landscapes. If you’re ready to take your BIM career to the next level in a fast-growing, innovative industry, we want to hear from you!

- Lead BIM coordination meetings with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve clashes and ensure model accuracy.
- Create and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP) aligned with project requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools to mitigate risks before construction.
- Generate shop drawings, as-built models, and construction documentation from BIM data.
- Train and mentor junior team members on BIM best practices, software tools, and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with local and international BIM standards and client-specific protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers to optimize BIM workflows for efficiency and cost savings.
Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler or Coordinator, with a portfolio of large-scale projects (commercial, residential, or infrastructure).
- Proficiency in Revit (mandatory), Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/Acc; familiarity with ArchiCAD or Tekla is a plus.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650, AIA, or local regulations) and model collaboration protocols.
- Experience with 4D (scheduling) and 5D (cost estimation) BIM applications is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and RFIs.
- Certifications in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, CM-BIM) are advantageous.
