Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Apple Pay and digital banking projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies to optimize efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth implementation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including developers, designers, financial institutions, and third-party vendors, to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Oversee the SDLC process, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring adherence to quality and security standards.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and clients.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and innovative solutions in project management.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital banking, fintech, or payment solutions.
- Proven expertise in managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Apple Pay integration, digital wallets, and banking APIs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Ability to work in a remote or hybrid setting, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR) is advantageous.
