Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain smart manufacturing systems, including IoT devices, PLCs, and automation software.
- Monitor system performance, diagnose technical issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate smart systems with existing production lines for seamless operation.
- Conduct regular calibration, testing, and validation of smart sensors and control systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and update technical documentation, including system manuals, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance logs.
- Train and support production staff on the use of smart systems and best practices for operational efficiency.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in smart manufacturing and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and Micronâs quality management systems.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in smart systems, industrial automation, or semiconductor manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, IoT devices, and industrial networks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, oscilloscopes, and software for system analysis (e.g., LabVIEW, Siemens TIA Portal).
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies, including AI-driven analytics, predictive maintenance, and digital twins.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in shift-based environments and adapt to evolving technological demands.
