Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy AI models using LLMs, RAG, and NLP frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into customer-facing products.
- Conduct research and experimentation to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Optimize AI pipelines for performance, ensuring seamless deployment in production environments.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and apply them to enhance existing systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for AI models, APIs, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and debug AI systems to ensure high reliability and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and NLP.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and neural networks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI deployment tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
