We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in construction project management to oversee approvals, APDL/CCC processes, and on-site execution for premier developments in Bali's most sought-after locations.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage high-rise construction projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee the approval process for APDL (Approved Development Plan) and CCC (Certificate of Completion and Compliance).
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and government authorities to ensure project compliance.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Resolve project-related issues and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on high-rise developments.
- Proven experience in obtaining APDL and CCC approvals in Indonesia.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
