Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals.
- Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage project documentation, reports, and financial tracking.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment for project teams.
- Ensure all projects meet legal, environmental, and industry-specific requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in construction or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction industry and local regulations is a plus.
- PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
