Responsibility
- Lead and manage renewable energy projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with GCPV certification requirements.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and risk assessments.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage project budgets and financial reporting.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with business goals and sustainability targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- GCPV (Grid-Connected Photovoltaic) certification is required.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, preferably in renewable energy or solar power projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to renewable energy projects in Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
