Responsibility
- Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of semiconductor equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Provide on-site support and training to clients on the operation and maintenance of semiconductor equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including equipment status, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all service activities.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation, including manuals and service reports.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in semiconductor technology and equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong technical skills in the installation, calibration, and maintenance of semiconductor equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to various locations within Bali as required.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards related to semiconductor equipment.
