Responsibility
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Monitor construction progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to verify adherence to engineering standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges and optimize workflows.
- Enforce strict safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, including cost estimates, material usage, and labor efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment, minimizing downtime.
- Assist in project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and handover to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site engineering or construction project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar project management software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Certifications in OSHA, First Aid, or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
