Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of MEP systems for high-end hotels and resorts, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to integrate sustainable engineering solutions into luxury hospitality projects.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct feasibility studies, energy audits, and system optimizations to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
- Oversee MEP installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in sustainable MEP design.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications for project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP design, preferably in hospitality or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable building practices and green certifications (e.g., LEED, EDGE).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
