Responsibility
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure seamless process integration.
- Design and conduct experiments to test and validate process changes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow diagrams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide training and support to staff on new processes and technologies.
- Travel to various sites as needed to oversee process implementation and troubleshoot issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to process engineering and safety.
- Ability to travel occasionally to various sites across Indonesia.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
