Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of ELV project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project scope, deliverables, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.
- Support the procurement process for ELV systems, including vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of ELV systems, ensuring client satisfaction and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and presentations for new ELV projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field; a masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in ELV systems, building automation, or smart technologies.
- Familiarity with ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, PA systems, and structured cabling.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, or Revit is advantageous.
- Knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, or Lean project management methodologies is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is beneficial.
