Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Oversee cost and contractual management, including procurement, negotiations, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals.
- Prepare and present project reports, including financial performance, milestones, and key achievements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
