Responsibility
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
- Support the preparation and management of contracts, including tender documents and procurement processes.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify measurements and quantities.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate cost tracking.
- Maintain detailed records of project costs, variations, and financial transactions.
- Assist in resolving financial disputes and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all financial and contractual matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards in Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
