Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive construction project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor site progress daily and provide accurate, actionable reports to the Head of Department.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site personnel to resolve technical issues on-site.
- Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and quality standards across all project phases.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and material procurement effectively.
- Identify potential project bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to prevent delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify alignment with architectural and engineering specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in construction project management, preferably in Malaysia.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to reside and work effectively on-site in the Cameron Highlands region.
