Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for CCTV, Access Control, and ELV systems.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Conduct site assessments, risk evaluations, and technical feasibility studies.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of security and low-voltage systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and client specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in CCTV, Access Control, or ELV systems.
- Strong knowledge of security system integration, IP-based solutions, and low-voltage infrastructure.
- Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or security systems are a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Bali as needed.
