As a Facility Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities to ensure they are safe, efficient, and conducive to productivity. You will work closely with various teams to address maintenance issues, perform regular inspections, and implement preventive maintenance programs. This position offers a competitive salary range of RM 2,700 – RM 3,700 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibility
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of facility systems, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of facility equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of facility upgrades and renovations.
- Provide support for emergency maintenance situations and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Facility Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards related to facility maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various environmental conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
