Responsibility
- Lead and oversee end-to-end AMI project lifecycles, from planning and design to deployment and post-implementation review.
- Coordinate with engineering, IT, and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of smart metering and grid modernization projects.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and risk management plans to mitigate potential delays or cost overruns.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, milestones, and compliance with regulatory and industry standards (e.g., PLN, IEC, ANSI).
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation in smart utility solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analyses for new AMI initiatives.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance to junior team members and cross-functional partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in Smart Grid, AMI, or IoT-based utility solutions.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects in the energy, utilities, or telecommunications sectors.
- Strong understanding of AMI technologies, smart meters, SCADA systems, and data analytics.
- Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to draft technical reports and presentations.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required for project site visits and client meetings.
