Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and financial summaries to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project documentation, contracts, and permits to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze complex data, solve problems, and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Indonesia.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
