Responsibility
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and other industry-standard tools to ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align schedules with project goals, resources, and constraints.
- Conduct critical path analysis and identify potential risks or delays, proposing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, including Gantt charts, S-curves, and other visual tools to communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze project performance against baseline schedules, providing actionable insights to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment, minimizing downtime.
- Support the development of tender documents, including construction methodologies and resource-loaded schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction planning, scheduling, or project controls, with a focus on large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; familiarity with other scheduling tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, critical path analysis, and resource management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Bali or Indonesia is highly desirable but not required.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CCP are a plus.
