Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in managing construction projects from pre-construction to Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC)? A leading construction firm in Bali is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join their dynamic team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring cost efficiency, accurate budgeting, and seamless project execution across high-profile developments in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas. Your expertise in cost estimation, contract administration, and financial reporting will be critical to delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibility
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost-saving recommendations.
- Administer contracts and tenders, including negotiation and finalization with vendors and subcontractors.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and material cost analysis.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to align financial plans with design and execution.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and final accounts for project completion.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a full project lifecycle (pre-construction to CCC).
- Proficient in cost estimation software (e.g., Candy, WinQS, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, and procurement.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction regulations and market rates is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, AIQS) is advantageous.
