Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end quantity surveying operations, including cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial plans.
- Administer contracts, including tendering, negotiation, and procurement processes.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify risks, and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including cost forecasts, variations, and final accounts.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Provide expert advice on cost management, value engineering, and dispute resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in HDB or commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Certification or membership in a professional body (e.g., RICS, AIQS) is a plus.
