Responsibility
- Lead and manage industrial and construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and present regular project updates, financial reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, transparency, and exceptional service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and team productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on industrial or construction projects.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and permitting processes in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
