Responsibility

  • Develop and implement PMO frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to standardize project management processes across the organization.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between departments such as retail operations, IT, and finance.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements by analyzing project performance data and recommending actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all project activities.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on project prioritization, resource allocation, and portfolio optimization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a PMO or leadership role, preferably in retail, consulting, or a related industry.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale projects from initiation to closure, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to present to C-level executives.
  • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or digital transformation projects is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
