Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end business process analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with department heads to align improvement projects with organizational goals and KPIs.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure the impact of process changes and drive decision-making.
- Design and deliver training programs to foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to introduce innovative solutions and maintain competitive advantage.
- Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, ROI, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business improvement, process optimization, or operational excellence roles.
- Proven track record of leading successful Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives (certification is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and process mapping software.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence at all organizational levels.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a problem-solving mindset.
