As part of EY’s People Advisory Services, you’ll gain exposure to high-impact projects, including:
- Advising clients on immigration policies for talent relocation across APAC, EMEIA, and the Americas.

Responsibility
- Assist clients in navigating immigration laws and regulations for global workforce deployment, ensuring compliance with local and international requirements.
- Prepare and review visa applications, work permits, and residency documentation for expatriates and international assignees.
- Collaborate with cross-border teams to develop and implement global mobility strategies that align with business goals and talent needs.
- Conduct research on immigration trends, policy changes, and best practices to provide actionable insights to clients.
- Support the coordination of relocation services, including housing, tax advisory, and cultural integration for mobile employees.
- Leverage EY’s digital tools and platforms to streamline immigration processes and enhance client service delivery.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate immigration solutions and address stakeholder concerns.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in global mobility, such as remote work policies and digital nomad visas, to advise clients proactively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Human Resources, International Relations, or a related field (graduating in 2027).
- Strong interest in global mobility, immigration law, or international tax, with prior exposure through internships, coursework, or extracurricular activities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to real-world scenarios.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, French) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in documentation and compliance processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, with a client-centric approach.
- Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems, or immigration software) is advantageous.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace remote work in a dynamic, location-flexible setting (e.g., Bali).
