Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee government projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with government stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, policies, and procedural requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and external partners.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the government or construction sector.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Knowledge of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
