Responsibility
- Lead and advise on strategic project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project contracts, timelines, and budgets, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and optimize project performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct post-project reviews to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and recommend improvements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in contract management and negotiation is a plus.
