Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, professional responses via phone, email, and chat.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management review.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with wholesale distribution or logistics is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
