Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to identify and secure new clients and partnerships.
- Drive sales initiatives, including client acquisition, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, business development, or sales, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with clients and teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
