Responsibility
- Support the end-to-end management of production operations to ensure on-time delivery of manufacturing targets.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Implement and maintain EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
- Assist in the development and optimization of manufacturing workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in production equipment and coordinate with maintenance teams for resolutions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including production reports, quality logs, and EHS records.
- Participate in training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions to stay updated on industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production operations, manufacturing, or quality assurance within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of EHS protocols, ISO standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficient in using MS Office, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
