Responsibility
- Develop, test, and optimize semiconductor automation equipment and photonics systems to meet performance and reliability standards.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to integrate new technologies into existing workflows.
- Provide technical support for equipment installation, calibration, and troubleshooting in client or in-house facilities.
- Design and implement custom solutions for semiconductor and photonics applications, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing to validate new concepts and improvements.
- Document technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in semiconductor and photonics engineering.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all engineering processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Photonics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment development, automation, or photonics applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with LabVIEW, Python, C++, or MATLAB for system control and data analysis.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (COMSOL, Lumerical).
- Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes (e.g., lithography, etching, deposition) and optical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support, training, or client meetings.
