Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of jigs, fixtures, tools, and production equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in manufacturing processes to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and optimize manufacturing workflows
- Calibrate and adjust machinery to meet precise manufacturing specifications and quality standards
- Document maintenance activities, equipment status, and process modifications in detailed technical reports
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment and production lines
- Train production staff on proper equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality management systems (ISO standards)
Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing/Engineering Technician in a precision manufacturing environment
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Hands-on experience with CNC machines, automated production equipment, or robotic systems is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Familiarity with quality control processes and manufacturing standards (ISO 9001, Six Sigma concepts)
- Basic computer skills including MS Office and ability to learn specialized manufacturing software
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
