Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate all MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) installation and commissioning activities on-site.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and local/regional regulations.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and align project objectives.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and cost estimates to senior management.
- Implement quality assurance and control measures to meet industry standards (e.g., NFPA, ASHRAE, local codes).
- Manage procurement of MEPF materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEPF project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of MEPF systems design, installation, and testing, including BMS, HVAC, and fire suppression systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and international standards (e.g., IBC, IEC).
