Responsibility
- Lead and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Resolve project-related issues and risks proactively to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure all projects meet regulatory and company standards for quality and safety.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and financial summaries.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fit-out project management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering fit-out projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
