Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to develop project scopes, designs, and technical specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with local authorities, clients, and community stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve issues.
- Ensure all projects adhere to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines and sustainable practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, infrastructure development, or construction management.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools for design and drafting.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
