Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities to ensure optimal facility performance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute projects on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance, maintenance activities, and project progress.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management, operations, or maintenance engineering.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and building automation.
- Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and timelines effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Facility Management (CFM) is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in Bali and adapt to a dynamic, multicultural environment.
