As our Project In Charge, you will oversee site activities, manage sub-contractors, and ensure strict compliance with project timelines and quality standards. Responsibility
- Oversee and direct construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Supervise sub-contractors and site personnel, ensuring all work meets company safety and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and project documentation for management review.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to resolve design or implementation issues.
- Manage project resources, including materials procurement and heavy equipment allocation.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols on site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workflow and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and municipal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project supervision or management.
- Licensed Professional (Civil Engineer) is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in construction project management software and AutoCAD.
- In-depth knowledge of building materials, construction methodologies, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams on-site.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to be based in Tarlac, Central Luzon.
