You will serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, managing on-site operations and coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless project execution. Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end site operations to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor site safety protocols and ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, project updates, and budget utilization records to management.
- Manage project documentation, including permits, plans, and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential bottlenecks or technical issues.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction management field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in construction project supervision or site management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse on-site teams effectively.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and project scheduling software.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to site challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Willingness to be based in San Juan City, Metro Manila.
