Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end implementation of supply chain software solutions, ensuring seamless integration with client systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and client stakeholders, to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Conduct client training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within supply chain operations.
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in supply chain technology and recommend best practices to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project implementation, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or ERP systems.
- Proven track record of managing full project lifecycles from planning to deployment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with SQL, API integrations, or supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment with a focus on problem-solving and adaptability.
