Responsibility
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of ERP financial systems to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements.
- Design and develop financial reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of ERP financial systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to financial operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP financial systems implementation and consulting.
- Proven expertise in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Certification in ERP systems (e.g., SAP FICO, Oracle Financials) is a plus.
