Responsibility
- Provide technical support and consultation for marine industry IT systems and software.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal teams and clients.
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions tailored to maritime operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT systems with marine technology platforms.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance IT literacy among staff and clients.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Document technical processes, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, consulting, or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with marine industry software or industrial control systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
- Proficient in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
