Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of IT services.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data and systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services and support.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, server management, and cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience with IT infrastructure management and system monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certifications in IT-related fields (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
