Responsibility
- Lead and manage IT/Software/SaaS projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and UX teams to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize workflows and enhance team productivity.
- Prepare and present progress reports, KPIs, and post-project reviews to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in SaaS product development.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security protocols, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT, Software, or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a results-driven mindset.
