Responsibility
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and AI initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories for Agile development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to optimize team productivity.
- Stay updated on AI trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into the product.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in product development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in business solutions.
- Ability to work night shifts to align with global teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Certification in Scrum or Agile frameworks is a plus.
