Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to deliver high-quality insights and reporting solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and data visualization tools for stakeholders.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
- Automate data processes and workflows using Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify KPIs and develop data-driven strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytics platforms.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management through clear, actionable reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends in data analytics, AI, and business intelligence tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros), SQL, and Power BI.
- Strong programming skills in Python (libraries: Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a stable internet connection.
