Responsibility
- Review and evaluate project ideas submitted by employees, ensuring alignment with company goals and feasibility.
- Track and monitor the progress of savings projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Drive employee engagement by organizing idea-generation workshops, brainstorming sessions, and feedback loops.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the idea management process to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Validate and process incentives for successful project implementations, ensuring accurate and fair reward distribution.
- Generate comprehensive reports on project status, savings achieved, and overall program effectiveness for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and HR, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify trends and opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis and employee feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, process improvement, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in developing or updating SOPs and process documentation is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
