Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute healthcare campaigns, clinical projects, and public outreach programs in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Develop and implement engaging health education initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and digital content, to promote wellness and disease prevention.
- Manage logistics, budgets, and timelines for healthcare projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, local communities, and stakeholders to tailor programs that address specific health needs and cultural preferences.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns through data analysis, feedback collection, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling promotional materials and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, NGOs, and government agencies to expand the reach and impact of healthcare initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging health issues to ensure Alpro Pharmacy’s programs remain innovative and relevant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management, healthcare campaigns, or community outreach programs.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful health-related projects, preferably in a pharmacy, hospital, or public health setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals and community members.
- Experience with budget management, data analysis, and reporting to measure project success and ROI.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for healthcare and a commitment to improving public health outcomes through innovative and inclusive programs.
