In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for directing and developing medical professionals, including allied health practitioners, Resident Medical Officers (RMOs), and specialists. Responsibility
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for ancillary and medical affairs departments, ensuring alignment with Siloam Hospitals Group’s mission and goals.
- Develop, mentor, and manage a diverse team of medical professionals, including allied health staff, RMOs, and specialists, to optimize performance and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to design and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for ancillary services (e.g., laboratory, radiology, pharmacy).
- Ensure compliance with national and international healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction in ancillary departments.
- Foster strong interdisciplinary collaboration between medical, nursing, and administrative teams to streamline workflows and resource allocation.
- Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and financial performance of ancillary services, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable operations.
- Represent the hospital in external engagements with government agencies, medical associations, and community stakeholders to build strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (Doctor of Medicine or equivalent) with a valid Indonesian medical license (SIP).
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Medical Director, Head of Department).
- Proven track record in managing ancillary services (laboratory, imaging, pharmacy) and multidisciplinary medical teams.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations, JCI/ISO accreditation standards, and quality management systems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, process improvements, and financial accountability in a hospital setting.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (preferred locations: Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
