Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to alleviate pain and restore function.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and wellness coaches, to optimize patient care.
- Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest physical therapy techniques and integrate them into practice.
- Provide compassionate care in a culturally sensitive manner to local and international patients.
- Participate in community wellness workshops and outreach programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedic, neurological, or sports rehabilitation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach to care.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus).
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
